The Porter-Cable PTS1 is a 6'' Dual Action Quiet Sander. The speed of the sander can be adjusted from 680 RPM to 10000 RPM at 90 lbs per square inch (PSI). The dual action offers the versatility to rapidly remove stock using aggressive sandpaper or finish sand with fine sandpaper. Since the foam pad is designed to accept standard 6 inches self-adhesive paper there will not be a problem finding supplies. For comfort and control both the handle and head are cushioned and the on/off paddle switch is located on the top of the handle.
