The Porter-Cable 121 spindle sander features variable speed control which allows rotation from 2400 to 3600 RPM and 38 to 60 oscillations per minute for sanding a variety of materials including hard and soft woods, solid surfaces, laminates, plastics and marble. The beefy 6 Amp motor has plenty of power for all sanding applications. The included edge guide allows accurate, pre-set removal of material for jointing and edge-smoothing operations.
