SPX OTC6689 Chrysler/Jeep Master Cam 15 Tool Set

The SPX OTC6689 is a Chrysler/Jeep Master Cam 15 Tool Set. The tools are provided to ensure proper cam timing when servicing timing belts, chains, head gaskets or performing other valve train repairs. These 15 tools are based on OE designs and are offered to service the applications like 1993 – current 3.5 V-6 engine, 1994 – current 2.0 & 2.4 I-4 and 2.5 V-6 engines, 1998 – current 2.7 V-6 engine, 1989 – 1995 2.0 I-4 Mitsubishi engine, 1991 – 1997 3.0 V-6 Mitsubishi engine, 1981 – 1993 2.2 & 2.5 I-4 engines, 1999 – current 4.7 V-8 engine and 2002 – current 3.7 V-6 engine. Cam positioning is an important procedure. If cam timing is not correct, the engine may still run but emissions and mileage will be affected. The engine computer may also initiate the “Check Engine” light.
