    The OTC 4504 is a Stinger Bubble (I.S.O.) Flaring Tool Kit. The OTC 4504 is designed for crack-free bubble flares on soft steel tubing used in automotive brake systems. It includes four dies 4.75, 6, 8 and 10 mm adapters. It has forged steel yoke, flaring bar and all the adapters needed for ISO bubble flaring.
