Probably have 8 or ten of these in our shop that are used daily for light construction work. they last for years but when they mess up best to throw and replace. Something as simple as a set of brushes through the service centers will cost you near as much as the drill. Only compliant i get from our workers are about the weight---they are heavy (Posted on 11/24/10)

Used? I don't think so! Looks, runs like new. Can't tell what, if anything has been "reconditioned". Can't find anything negative to say, because there IS nothing negative-the product, the company, the value, the shipping. All is good! (Posted on 8/9/10)

I purchased the drill thinking I was getting a like new reconditioned product. Years ago I purchased a reconditioned Black and Decker drill from one of their repair centers. It was like new and serviced me well....I still have it. The Milwaukee drill and batteries have been engraved by the original owner which gives me the feeling it has been stolen. I don't like that felling. (Posted on 8/2/10)

I am totally satisfied with the product is everything that I wanted and does what it is suppose to do and for the price you can't beat it. It has a few marks on it and you know it has been used but it work great. (Posted on 8/11/10)

Best cordless I have ever owned, Had my brother and brother -in-law buy one as well.
Don't buy one buy two--cheaper than buying one battery at lowes (Posted on 10/22/10)

I BOUGHT A MILWAUKEE FACTORY RECONDITIONED 18V LITHIUM ION CORDLESS DRILL WITH TWO BATTERIES, CHARGER AND CASE. THIS THING IS NEW, EVEN IF IT DOES HAVE RECONDITIONED TAGS ON IT.;
THE DRILL WORKS GREAT, BATTERIES HOLD LONG CHARGE, WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
