The Mercer 326004 is a 4 x M10 x 1.25 Backing Pad with Nut. The Mercer backing pad converts a grinder into a sander for sanding operations. The backing pad is used with turbo fiber discs which fit in sanders and grinders. The Mercer 326004 pad has raised ribs which allows cool air to flow between the backing plate and the disc which extends the life of the disc.
