The Makita 9565 is a 5 inch SJS Angle Grinder. The angle grinder is designed with exclusive super joint system (SJS). It features labyrinth construction and advanced motor protection system to withstand the most harsh working conditions. SJS helps prevent gear damage which often occurs if the grinding wheel accidentally catches or binds and the labyrinth construction seals and protects the motor and bearings from dust and debris by creating a complex set of channels prohibiting contamination. Finally, a protective zig-zag varnish seals the motor from contamination by forming an impenetrable barrier under rotation.
