The Makita HP1641X1 contains the HP1641 Hammer Drill and a 9557NB Angle Grinder.  The HP1641 can operate in two different modes for versatility — "rotation only" and "hammering with rotation".  You can select which mode would work best for your application.  The HP1641 also has a lock-on button for continuous use. 

The included 9957NB 4-1/2-inch Angle Grinder has a 6.0-Amp motor designed for high-power output and rotatable gear housing suited for cutting applications.  This Angle Grinder has a zig-zag varnish and labyrinth construction which creates channels to help seal and protect the motor and bearings from dust and debris for extended tool life.
