    The K-D Tools KD 9916 is a 16 mm Flex Head Combination Ratcheting GearWrench. This wrench needs as little as 5° of movement to turn a fastener. The patented Flex Head tilts 180° at any interval to reach into tight places. Tension adjustments are made easy by the use of spring washers and a hex head set screw. The one touch assistant is a quick reference to determine the fixed direction without having to look. SurfaceDrive box end virtually eliminates the rounding of fasteners. It meets or exceeds ANSI, DIN and federal specifications.
