Jet 690036 JVM-836-1 Vertical Milling Machine, 1-1/2 HP, 1 Phase

The Jet 690036 JVM-836-1 Vertical Milling Machine has a precision bored and honed machine head. The large diameter quill is chrome finished. The spindle has high precision spindle bearings and includes a heavy duty spindle brake. There are over 10 of front to back ram travel. The head tilts left or right, with a graduated scale on the column. Included are precision hardened and ground ways and table. There are adjustable gibs throughout. There are locks on all movable surfaces and all the dials are satin chrome finished. The small mill has all the features found on Jets larger mills, but is sized for home shops, repair shops or small maintenance shops.
