Powermatic 1791210 15" Planer, 4500 RPM

The Powermatic 1791210 15" Planer has spiral cutterhead and knives which provide smoother cutting and a finer finish than conventional knives. It has a powerful 3 HP TEFC motor controlled with a magnetic switch. Its 3 V-belts transfer maximum power to the cutterhead. The Large cast iron handwheel moves cutterhead quickly and easily. 2-speed gearbox features automatic chain tensioner also has head locks firmly in place, preventing movement while in use.
