The Hobart Welders 500500 is a powerful and versatile B stock 140 MIG Welder. Powered by 115 volts of household current, this factory reconditioned welder has an out put range of 25 - 140 Amps. The wire feed speed tracking with 4 output voltage makes for quick adjustment of settings as per the different material as well as their thickness. This enables easy operation and fast job site performance. The wire has an electric “cooling” feature that cools the tool fast during idle time thus ensuring user safety. Besides, self resetting thermal overload protects the tool from toughest applications and electricity overload. In a single pass, the Hobart Welders 500500 welds 24 gauges of steel up to ¼ inch thickness, making heavy duty job done fast. Efficient to shield with or without shielding gas this welder efficiently handles aluminium wires, flux cordes and solid mild stainless steel. The welder also has a convenient polarity changeover with storage holes for spare tips. The built in wire feeder with quick release drive roll lever provides positive feed with adjustable tension and also provides easy access for threading wires.
