Find the Item You Are Looking For
There are several ways to accomplish this. If you already know exactly
what you want, the Search feature is your best option.
Searching by Model Number
Just type a model number like "DW718" in the search box and click the
arrow button. If the item is available, it should show up in the search
results. Pay close attention to the items that are displayed. Often we
have several versions of the same tool, including exclusive package
deals and reconditioned items. Next, click on the image or item
description to go to the product details page.
Searching by Keyword
Type a
description of what you want in the search box and click the arrow
button. You should see a list of items available on Tool King. If the
number of items returned is large or your search yields no results, try
a different set of keywords. You can also narrow down your search
results using the filter options, such as sort by, manufacturer and
priced from. When you have found the item you are looking for, click on
the image or item description to go to the product details page.
You can also browse our products by either the brand or the tool category.
Browsing by Category
At the top of your screen, you should see several tabs labeled with
product categories. Click on the category you wish to browse. This will
lead you to a list of sub-categories within the larger group. Keep
narrowing down the focus of your search by clicking the sub-category
you wish to view until you are left with a list of products. For
example, if you want to see all the 10” miter saws we offer, you would
click "Power Tools", then under the "Saws" heading you would click
"Miter Saws – 10" and Under". This will give you a list of the saws
matching this description that are available. When you would like to
see more information about a specific product, click on the image or
item description to go to the product details page.
Browsing by Brand
If you are a
fan of a specific tool brand (and most of us tool-lovers are) then you
might want to try browsing our site for just the tools we offer in your
favorite brand. At the top of you screen (but under the category tabs)
is a list of our top brands. You can click on any of these, to visit
the section of our site that features only tools by that manufacturer.
To see a list of all the brands we offer, click the "View All" link to
the right of the list of our top brands.
Once you arrive at the page dedicated to the
brand you are shopping for, you have several options. In the middle of
the screen, is a listing of the items we offer. You can scroll through
the pages using the button at the buttons of the list. On the right of
the screen, you will see a listing of our most popular tools within
that brand. Lastly, on the left of the screen is a list of the tool and
accessory categories within that brand. This list is an easy way to
help you find just what you are looking for. When you would like to see
more information about a specific product, click on the image or item
description to go to the prodcut details page.
Availability
Because Tool King
operates through a number of different trade channels, there have been
instances when our inventory system identifies the product as in-stock
when it has actually been sold through a different trade channel. In
the rare occasion that this might happen, your credit card will be
charged at first when the inventory system confirms that this product
is in-stock. A sales representative will contact you and let you know
that the product is out-of-stock and your credit card will be credited

Note: Due to our high-volume of sales to different trade channels, we
are usually very good at keeping items in-stock. However, if we do run
out of a particular product, we are sure to have that product back on
our selves in just a few days. If we can’t fulfill your order, you will
be first in line to receive the product once we have replaced it.
