DeWalt DW680 3-1/4" Planer, 7.0 Amps, 15000 RPM

The DeWalt DW680 is a 3-1/4" Planer. It has heavy-duty 7.0 Amp motor which provides a smooth and even finish in the hardest of woods. It gives 3/32" (2.5 mm) maximum cut in one pass reduces the amount of passes on material. It accepts large resharpenable high speed steel blades for straight edging or framing applications. It has calibrated depth adjustment knob for accurate depth setting and eliminating the need to re-zero the depth. It also accepts reversible carbide blades for more detailed and accurate woodworking. It has precision-machined shoe bottom and side which provides flat surface finish as well as accurate and square rabbet joints. The kick stand allows to rest the planer on the material in between passes without gouging material. It has rubber-coated front-height adjustment knob for greater comfort and better control.
