The DeWalt DW071 is a manually leveled rotary laser which has a dual side-by-side laser diodes providing an extremely bright beam. It is powered by 3 D-size batteries. The laser is accurate to ± 1/4 at a radius of 100, with a visible diameter of 200. Using the optional digital detector, the operator can extend the exterior or interior range to 600. The laser is protected by a die-cast protective cap and side-impact roll cage for job site durability. The built-in bump sensor alerts the operator if the laser is accidentally bumped after it is leveled, ensuring an accurate and consistent beam. The DW071 can be oriented level or plumb for all the common applications. The DW071KI includes the rotary laser, 3 D-size batteries, wall mount, laser target card, laser enhancement glasses and carrying case.
