The heavy-duty ballistic nylon is lightweight, abrasion resistant and moisture resistant, so it lasts up to twice as long as other woven materials. The top-grain leather is thick and durable without being stiff or hard, plus it is oil tanned, making it more comfortable while improving moisture resistance. The belt top is reinforced with solid-steel rivets that are designed to withstand 200 lbs of force. It makes the rivets less likely to pull through or pop off.
