DeWalt D28402K Heavy-Duty 4-1/2" Small Angle Grinder with Paddle Kit, 11000 RPM, 10.0 Amps

The DeWalt D28402K is a 4-1/2” angle grinder kit with an angle grinder that has an output of 11,000 rpm for toughest application such as finishing, welding, deburring, grooving, and cutting tiles in different shapes. The powerful 10.0Amp AC/DC motor of the DeWalt D28402K angle grinder does not slow down while grinding, or overheat. The unique Dust Ejection System protects the internal machine from getting affected by the dust particles that might enter the tool from air intake vents. Additionally, the single piece brush arm ensures that the brush does not hang-up even if dust enters. The jam-pot, low profile gear case ensures easy maneuverability of the angle grinder even in tight spaces. The DeWalt D28402K has a facility to quickly release the wheel and change it without using a wrench. The oversized, protected spindle lock button also aids easy replacing of the wheel. The cutting disk or grinding disk can be quickly changed using the threaded washer, which does not require any backing ring or spacer for clamping and centering. When the brushes need a replacement, the auto-off brushes stop the working of the tool. The matching wheel flanges feature of the DeWalt D28402K, make it compatible with most accessories. The simple screw in/screw out handle coated with vibration reducing material can be fixed on either side of the angle grinder and is large sized for better grip. The user is protected from accidental start up with the paddle switch and in case the user drops the tool, it will automatically be switched off (provided trigger lock is off). The productivity of the tool is increased with the keyless adjustable guard. Besides the grinder, the DeWalt D28402K angle grinder kit also includes a depressed center wheel, wrench, and a kit box.
