DeWalt D180040 2-1/2" Bi-Metal Hole Saw, 135 RPM

The DeWalt D180040 is a 2-1/2" Bi-Metal Hole Saw. It has double tooth design which strengthens each tooth for longer life and improved durability. The sharper tooth geometry cuts material faster for faster drilling. The performance of saw is enhanced in metal cutting applications by a unique tooth design and set pattern. The thick, hardened backing plates prevent warping at holes and increases cycles. DeWalt has increased the size of the bi-metal portion of the holesaw and uses M3 steel to not only increase wear resistance but also produce faster cuts. The deep-cut style increases the versatility by allowing a wider range of thicknesses of material to be cut.
