The DeWalt DC9180 is an 18-Volt Battery Pack with NANO Technology that is backwards compatible with all of DeWalt's 18-Volt tools. This battery is NOT compatible with the DeWalt XRP Battery Chargers and requires a Lithium-Ion compatible charger (DC9310, DC9320 or DC9319).
Features:
- The NANO-Phosphate Lithium-Ion cells deliver 2,000 recharges which is two to three times more than any other formula of Lithium-Ion tested
- The DC9180 battery pack is extremely lightweight, weighing in at only 1.5 pounds — weighs the same as a 12-volt Ni-Cad battery
- The DeWalt DC9180 has no memory and virtually no self-discharge for maximum productivity, less downtime and longer shelf-life when not in use
