Bill To/Ship To Addresses
If not
logged into Tool King, the address screen will first ask for your
contact information, such as your email address, and then ask for the
Ship To information.
If logged
into Tool King, the address screen display an "Address Book" button,
that will allow you to fill in the Ship To information automatically.
If
the Bill To address is the same as the Ship To address, check the "Same
as Shipping" check box below the Bill To section. If the Bill To
address is different, uncheck this check box and the Bill To address
information will appear on the screen. If logged in, the user can use
the "Address Book" button to automatically fill in the Bill To
information. Make sure the billing address is
correct. If the billing address does not match the address your credit
card has on file, the transaction may be declined.
Shipping and Payment
When
you reach this step, there are three sections. The first on the
top-righ are the shipping options available. Simply select the option
you wish to use. The cost associated will automatically be displayed.
Below
the shipping options section is a place to enter a Gift
Card/Certificate code if you have one. Once the gift certificate number
is entered, hit the "Add Gift Certificate" button to apply the Gift
Card to your order.
The next
section contains the payment options. We accept several forms of
payments for your convenience include all major credit cards, PayPal,
SECURE eBill and Bill Me Later. There are links next to these
alternative payment options if you would like to learn more about them.
Also, if you wish to add any special notes to your order, you can enter those in the text field provided.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you should see an order receipt
displayed. This will contain details about your order, and any steps
you may need to take if you used a payment option other than a credit
card.
Very
shortly, you should receive an email from us confirming that we have
received your order. Pending approval, you should receive a second
email informing you that your order is confirmed.
