Canceling an Order
If
you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department by the next business day after
placing your order. We may be able to cancel your order.
If you order
has already been shipped or can not be cancelled, you may simply refuse
the package once it arrives. If you attempted to cancel the order
within the allotted time (one business day after placing the order), no
restocking fee will be charged if the package is refused.
However, if you did
not contact Customer Service within the allotted time, a 15% restocking
fee will be assessed to your refund.
