Akeda 3209 is a set of 9 Degree Through Dovetail Pin Guides. The package has five 9º pin guides used to form through dovetails in material from 5/8-Inch down to 1/4-Inch thick with the matching angle 9º bit. The 9º angle is better suited to material 5/8-Inch thick. It is stronger than the 7º angle, and forms a more slender, aesthetically-pleasing pin profile. When installing guide fingers for the first time, they may be a little stiff. They are deliberately made slightly oversize so they shave down to size.
